Stolen From Val

1) Where did you begin 2007? Kathy's. With my leg stretched out and propped up (which is also one of the reason's we weren't by the water watching the fireworks) and with a drink in my hand (for one of the last times through now).
2) What was your status by Valentine's Day? Just found out I was pregnant (and my husband was jobless) two days before. So very excited, worried, happy and angry all at the same time.
4) How did you earn your money? Work. Blah.
5) Did you have to go to the hospital? Yup, for abdominal surgery which resulted in the most beautiful baby in the world. ;)
6) Did you have any encounters with the police? Yup, they tend to come out to respond to calls about exploding cars.
7) Where did you go on vacation? No money for a real vacation, but we did go to the in-laws second home on the shore for a few days. We did get to Ocean City for a day while there. Woohoo.
8) What did you purchase that was over $1000? A baby (even with insurance), my car, our bow window in the living room
9) Did you know anybody who got married? A couple of people from work.
10) Did you know anybody who passed away?-- Pritch.
12) Did you move anywhere? No.
14) What concerts/shows did you go to? My wonderful friend Kathy took me to see Sweet Charity at the Hippodrome and my wonderful mother took me there to see Mama Mia! Also saw The Full Monty at Toby's Dinner Theater.
15) Are you registered to vote? Yes
17) Where do you live now? Same place I've always lived (in general). Baltimore.
18) Describe your birthday? Work and then dinner out with the hubby. We even went for a little walk and got yummy gelato.
19) What's one thing you thought you wouldn't do but did in 2007? Have a baby. Especially since we had temporarily stopped trying (after being unsuccessful for about three years) when I found out I was pregnant.
20) What has been your favorite moment? Holding Abby for the first time.
21) What's something you learned about yourself? I can get through anything.
22.) Any new additions to your family?---Duh.

24.) What music will you remember 2007 by? The Wheels on the Bus, If You're Happy and You Know It, Head Shoulders Knees and Toes, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Santa Claus is Coming to Town (all the songs I've sung to Abby about a thousand times each)
26.) Made new friends? Ed became friends with our next-door neighbor. That's about it.
29) Best movie you saw this year? Hairspray, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
30) Favorite gift of the year? All my baby shower gifts. Especially my crib, monitor, bedding and "Abby" letters.
31) Favorite Night out? Going to Flemmings with the girls. Fun and yum! Wish we could afford it more often!
